Record that scanning path failed.

Stores the current file stamp so a later rebuild invalidates the entry automatically.

clear()

void pulp::host::ScanBlacklist::clear ( const std::string & path )

inline

Unconditionally remove path from the blacklist.

Users can retry a plugin by calling this.
