Detailed Description

Explicit policy for faux-bold / faux-italic / faux-width.

Default is all-false: synthesis is opt-in, never accidental. When synthesis IS allowed and the resolver applies it, a SynthesisTrace is emitted to the FontFlightRecorder so the developer can see what was synthesized and from what source face.
