Detailed Description

Non-owning dense per-sample parameter-modulation lane.

Values are already in the destination parameter's plain value domain, one value per process frame. ProcessBlock-native runtimes can consume these without expanding audio-rate modulation into sparse ParameterEventQueue entries. The pointed-to sample storage is caller-owned.
