Detailed Description

Send-to-agent → free-text request.

The tweaks panel carries a single-line text field: a human describes a change in words and hits Send. The overlay emits the text through this sink; the host owns the project dir + design/screen/state context and enqueues it (pulp::inspect::enqueue_to_file) for the driving agent to pick up on its next turn. Pull-based: nothing is pushed to the agent.
