Detailed Description

Profile Details Inquiry/Reply payload (CI 1.2 §7.6) — per-profile metadata the responder publishes when asked for "more about profile X".

The payload is opaque to the framework — profile authors define its schema. Pulp carries it as raw bytes plus a profile-id + target tuple.
