Detailed Description

A lane's authored coordinate at one grid tick.

ordinal counts step intervals from the tick origin, cycle counts completed passes over the lane, and index is the step the lane's walk selects. All three are pure functions of the lane's immutable spec and the tick, so a caller can ask which cell is about to speak and author it before process() rather than mirroring the walk and drifting from it.
