Detailed Description

One committed document delta lowered through the compile-context registry.

This is the production path from sequence-owned context edits to exact track recompilation. Construction binds the dirty set to an exact snapshot pointer and document revision and copies an immutable registry generation. The compiler rejects a request whose project or revision does not match.
