Detailed Description

One ControllerProgramEvent, field by field — never cast between the two, for the reason given on ProgramWireNoteEventRecord.

The five address bytes are timeline::MidiLaneAddress in its declaration order, carried whole rather than as a Pulp-local controller enumeration so a controller family nobody anticipated needs new values on the wire and never a new record; origin is ControllerProgramEventOrigin. Records sit in the program's sequence, which the encoder copies and the decoder preserves — the wire adds no ordering of its own, so what a consumer reads back is the exact order, ties included, that arrangement_controller_events() held.
