Detailed Description

Inserts a controller/expression lane into a MIDI clip.

The lane arrives whole — identity, address, and every authored point — and the content model is the single authority on whether it may join the clip: identity distinctness across notes, points, and lanes, and one lane per address, are enforced by MidiContent::create and propagated from there.
