Pair-like owning member of a JSON object.
This cannot be spelled as std::pair<std::string, JsonValue> inside JsonValue: unlike std::vector, std::pair requires its element types to be complete when instantiated. Keeping the recursive edge behind vector lets the member type be completed here while preserving the established .first / .second object-member API.

| JsonValue pulp::timeline::JsonObjectMember::second |
