Detailed Description

Replaces a sequence's complete dynamics lane under an exact value gate.

Both lanes are non-optional because the model states no absence: a sequence that authors no intensity carries an empty lane, so nullopt would invent a second meaning for "states nothing yet" that no reader could distinguish.
