Where a PASSIVE pointer input — a wheel / two-finger scroll, a trackpad magnify or rotate — at root_pt goes while overlays may be open.
bool pulp::view::PassivePointerRoute::blocked = false
The input must be dropped: an open overlay owns the screen and the point is outside every overlay that could take it.
The host must not fall back to any hit test or scroll-pane search.
View* pulp::view::PassivePointerRoute::overlay = nullptr
The open overlay target was resolved inside, or nullptr when the ordinary tree answered.
It is the CONTAINMENT boundary for the input: a wheel that lands in an overlay is delivered to target and its ancestors up to and including this view, and never chains past it to a listener outside the overlay — even when nothing inside consumes it (the end of a list, a fixed header, a horizontal-only delta). This is overscroll-behavior: contain at every overlay root; a submenu stacked on a menu is its own boundary.
View* pulp::view::PassivePointerRoute::target = nullptr
The view to deliver to, or nullptr when nothing is under the point.
Always nullptr when blocked is set.
