Detailed Description

Decoder-independent PNG structure and dimensions.

Validates the signature, IHDR, bounded chunk framing, at least one IDAT, and terminal IEND. This is suitable for transport validation on builds that intentionally omit a PNG pixel decoder; use analyze_screenshot_content() when pixel statistics matter.
